THE FLY

Is the dark 
   That the fly 
Shall be 
   ...the time of life 
Or is it due for death 
   Is a gem in the earth
     Or within the heart? 
So is the fly 
Precious creature 
  Bothersome brother 
     Liar liar 
 The fly 
    Came by one day 
      To which went 
  S W A T 
A life is a beginning 
   Death,  an end 
Two little wings 
Upon a ghastly angel 
  No angel 
     Vermin 
Seeker of meat 
   Eater of dust 
Dust to dust 
    The fly 
   It comes 
 Buzzes 
     And dies 
 The end is the beginning 
    Of a new day 
Clean slate 
   A golden dawn 
      The meek
The humble 
  The truth is in the 
     Hate we expel 
Goodbye 
   Goodbye to the fly
