The Golden Thread
In life,
there exists a pulsating faith
a golden thread
running through it all
hemming the lengths
of spiritual inseams
ironing in
the perfect crease,
adding beauty to love's adornment
with golden stitches
binding us all together
in uncommon
leather,
for surely
we all share in
the heart of it all,
in our appearances
as well as
our hidden beliefs
which only manifest when we
decide,
to allow our God-given choices
to be shared by
the Golden Thread
on time's endless spool
which we
so carefully
wrap ourselves around
in order that we
may communicate in perfect
lengths...
Our present understanding
of those earthly
lengths of love,
Or that which we have no words for
except for an infinitesimal
Inference we find
in the single,
Golden Thread,
running through
the fabric,
of time...

life holding it together with binding loving stitches and also the importance to communicate this to

It is so sad to see that some of humanity has souls that are threadbareΒ
Instead of being wrapped in the Lord's Golden Thread
They are entwined by Satan's Tentacles
They know not of the "Golden Rule"
They do all they can to pan evil, and distribute it to the world
Yet, love conquers all
Eventually, mankind's Golden Threads will wrap around their throats
Strangling and silencing them forever

You are making my day, because sometimes attempts at humor, are not all they are "cracked up" to be. Β Chess is not my forte, due to an Uncle who taught me the game when I was a very young lad, but then proceeded to "checkmate me" in record moves every game.
