The Harmony
It is in the harmony between man
And nature
Where beauty is perfumed
And glitters
Where the frolicking of fairies
Is a flicker
Between morning's delight
And the momentary perception
Of the warm blanket
Riding the supple shoulders
Of night's protection
Warming
The constantly morphing
Energy of life
And the seeds planted
To the benefit of men
Like Siddhartha
And his enlightenment
Revealing
In each season of the year
Its own
Particular form of beauty
An image never seen
But for a fleeting moment
When the penetrating eye
Is most discerning
And supported by The Harmony
So inspired
Within this most delicate ballet
Where ladybugs play
And the gentle touch
Of God's sweet breath
Comes alive...

This kind of nature poetry is very much your enduring forte.
You see, apprehend and reflect 'Harmony' in the subtle blending of imagery and in the gentle, unobtrusive flecks of half-rhyme which draws this (otherwise freestyle) piece beautifully together.
Above all, your work resonates with a humanity and love of life which is both appealing and infectious. It's impossible to come away from a Tony Taylor poem without a renewed sense of wonder and appreciation for the world...the 'blood-and-guts' horror tales notwithstanding, perhaps!?!
