The Hauntings Of A Rainbow
​​​So much is unbearable he said
I think you understand this
The hauntings of a rainbow
The howl of trees in wind
The waves forever rolling out,
Then restless, rolling in
So much to be cried for
he said this thing to me
I think you understand this
Your soul like mine can see
The childhood friend that runs
ahead
The face within a cloud
The tender kisses yearned for
Then lost to life somehow
So much left to die for
I recall that he said this
For even as the moments birth
They're gone, already missed

Judd said this to me once...or words to this effect, he could be melancholy like myself giving himself entirely to happy moments then grieving their passing. He once said what is the point of memories mam...they are poor substitutes for the actual moments which you can never get back...or something like that. I understood completely...how I miss my lad. Thankyou sincerely love for taking the time to read (my always these days depressing stuff)..hugs Xx
