The infinity of life

Can you remember when you were small ?
Does it seem just recently ?
Fifty & more years ago
Has flown by so fast for me

Age is like a ticking clock
It whizzes by so fast
It just seems like a few minutes
Lapsed  but it is an hour passed

Things we enjoy today
Is tomorrows memory
If only we could slow time down
How lovely that would be

But alas this is not possible
It is the infinity of time
Earths cycle is everlasting
Continuously sublime

Live every moment as if it were your last
Grab every opportunity
Don’t refuse things you are asked

Never say or do anything that you may regret
Make your recollections special
So you’ve no desire to forget

Your existence in this world
Is not a rehearsal
Unfortunately birth to demise
Is a passage non reversal
