Is it easier when you're older?
It's not what you carry 
It's how you handle it 
Living in a comfort zone 
Weight burdens your soul 
Talking to your loved ones 
Words of you're so strong 
I need to believe, that is so 
What worries does a person hold?
Money,
Objects,
Looks,
Should it be...
Family,
People,
Love,
Drench yourself, in just being you
Not wanting to fix that, tuck this
Is words of advice followed by our young?
Why try to be something you don't feel?
Why not accept and just live free? 
I say to my kids...
Be happy for who you are
Be proud of what you stand for
Don't change because society is advertising it
Don't change because it seems to be a social fix 
Be you.

Don't burden yourself from the pressures that takes away your happiness

Let people help with your mental state
