The Jimsonweed 😱

The Jimsonweed 😱

Colossal crowds clustered together

As silent spores scattered as light as a feather

Millions and trillions of invisible seeds

Filling the atmosphere from poisonous weeds

But nobody bothered coz nobody knew

As the bacterium microorganism grew as it blew

And this pernicious pollutant was absolutely everywhere

Viciously virulent stifling the air

Well people were coughing and sputtering aloud

Squashed like sardines, stuck in that crowd

And little ones cried in the arms of a Mother

Whilst handkerchiefs were held in an effort to smother

Then all of a sudden and from out of the blue

Though these people were ignorant and had not a clue

Woman and men started to fall, piling on top of each other in the shape of a wall

Looking back on this horror as the stories were told

That Jimsonweed multiplied like a murderous mould

When it was logged in the ledgers and broadcast worldwide

Not a single person survived and alas everyone died

And the moral of my story from in my minds eye

Beware of the Jimsonweed, if you don’t want to die…
