THE LESSONS OF LIFE

In Your innermost honest opinion, what are the Lessons of Life?
Ever gave it some serious thought?
To me life teaches us to be kinder and gentler as we grow older
But most of us do not listen to Life's soft voice and wisdom.
I have learnt that Good Manners are important especially 'Thank You'.
Caring and sharing which we often take for granted are rare serious crucial Necessities.
There is far too much competition. Life has taught us that we were wrongly taught
That we must always compete in every sphere, every facet, and always outdo others.
And That we must always seek to be better and better off than the other man.
That it is always a case of survival of the fittest as opposed to he's my brother.
Life teaches that there is too much unnecessary fighting against each other;
Backstabbing, back biting, pulling down each other
Discrimination, Segregation , and racism of all forms. Even Black against Black.
That we need more love, more unity, more peace.
That our very purpose on earth should be to leave her a better place.
To add and not subtract. To build bridges and not further erode, or escalate divisions.
Erode the divisions and divisiveness and deviousness instead. 

Enough said. I want conclude by giving the Biggest lessons I learnt from Life
Being Positive (Positivity), Hopeful, Optimistic and of course Thankfulness (gratefulness)
And forever possessing a satisfied mind.
