The light

I was once filth, contaminated

with deadly sins, delighted in

abominable acts to a be a dark

and lost soul.

Wickedness led me down a wide

road, to a evil place of death and

punishment.

I gradually despised the darkness

within, I wanted to be free so I 

embraced the light.

I invited Jesus, the light of the 

world, into my heart to touch,

consecrate and purify.

Now I am a new creation,the old

has passed away and the new has

come.

I was once darkness and now I am

light.
