~ THE LIGHT AMONG THE ROSES ~
{the poet in the light}
Oh the light, among the roses
Does beg consideration's current to press
The glare that is blindness
Within the wants of the beholders
And with such gentle ambition
To find there's so much there
Beneath soft petals
Waiting to be discovered...
Oh this light, suspended in time
Does beg a grazing from hands and minds
Wherein, there are but three conditions
Of life's beauty, life, and death
But oh, what great rewards await
When, in this light we bathe...
"By virtue of this science the poet is the Namer!"
And the poet names a thing for having seen it
But oh, when he dons this light
He helps to reveal and truly feel
The cleansing affection from the temporal
Which makes a way clear....

To paint most fervently,
And to create without limitation...
