The Light Switch

I don’t like it in here.
Trauma and emotions are scattered and unorganised books in the library of my mind.
I can’t tidy when the light is turned off.
I can’t find the light switch .
Will somebody please help me find the light switch?

I love this analogy of feeling so mixed up. It was an emotional piece of writing and I thought it a really good poem x
