~ THE LOVE OF ALL ~
{a difficult twist..}
In times of discontent
Some pious tears, a closing eye requires
The soft quiet of prayer-true repent
The mind escapes its worldly desires
And threats of pain and ruin, bring compromise...
Whipped together in thorny wind
Thoughts run south, into an orange hellfire
Where carnivorous dens spawn subtle sin
Masked in righteous, Godly, attire
Until the self can no longer recognize...
And so, slyly can a mind be swayed
Bending broken trails, of life's decisions
The slippery slopes of daily choices made
Manifesting, as good and evil subdivisions
Where confusion urges the mind to self-despise...
A difficult twist, this thing called life
Ultimate energy moving every direction
Our creator has taught us, to look inside
For this is the shelter of supreme connection
A Kinesis Kiln, where "Love Of All" is mobilized...

Deep, thought provoking and well written!
You bring the reader into a philosophical spinning of all the energies that surround life on the planet, making the creator stand at the forefront and worldly temptations to venture on the wrong path. I read it a few times and feel that I may have only scratched the surface on the underlining meaning.

Life throws us many curveballs.
Y's waiting for us to decide what direction to take.
Sometimes, the course we choose, is governed by veiled vicissitudes.
But, if we are lucky, we realize our error, and return to take the other path.

A beautiful poem with so many references to religious imagery that I choose to interpret as being a method for the voice to explain the trials of life that people face in a world that is imperfect. I hope to catch up on more of your work soon, friend!

You do think a lot. About the world. It's simplicity charming you into " metaphors " of questioning duplicity. Born of suggestive " formulae " based on raw unadulterated soul-searching manifestations. Why not ? If' you are satisfied with " judgemental " dissections, then, so be it ! :)
