The Masked Reflection

I understand
Its much easier to write me off as a bad person

Then having to stare back at your reflection,

Consider the fact your actions have consequences,

And face the fact that you're the asshole
It's sad you can't be honest with other people,

Because you can't seem to even be honest with yourself

I'm sure you find comfort in the thought,

That no one will ever truly know who you are,

But that's exactly why loneliness will never be a stranger
Your ego and your selfishness

Are your walls

And you have no intention of breaking them down
Its a shame really,

But its not my problem
