Then the entree is served
and the appetizer closes the meal

On upside down plates
the raw food is dispatched
uncooked and unwrapped
by a pissed off staff
comprised of native born
American citizens
who feel these low end jobs
are
beneath
them

Perhaps immigrants
derided as illegal aliens
by those
of a prejudiced bent
who perform so many
thankless tasks
for subterranean wages
in our service economy
will not be appreciated fully
until after their hard working asses
are gone permanently
