Give me this test 
 God give me this life 
 This heartbeat 
   That the murderer cannot steal
 That evil cannot take 
 In the dark alley life
Where shadows creep upon thee

 This life seeks 
That noise cannot deafen 
With it’s selfish shouts 
By the rooftops and 
   From heavens above be peace

Wishing from heaven 
   A penny 
 This love cannot be wrong
