The one who was scorned...

The one who was scorned...

A ray of light
Brings to those a summer's night
Sooner or later I want to fly home where I belong
I don't know what to say it's been so long since I've seen you last
But I will say this...

The cross around his neck shows his fear
Something different why do people get scared
As the scorned faces begin to come closer
The truth and lies come together

Once he was scorned
The loved ones death was always mourned
He who was hung
Was passed by the crowds of tearful and bloodshot eyes

As the crow gets darker and comes to me
This is to symbolise death to whom he kills
The nails through his hands, the blood getting spilt
Showers down to the ones who will forever feel the guilt
The ones who feel the guilt
Forever feel the guilt

The angel with a knife in his back
Shows to whoever is in control has turned away
The soft voice of an angel saying goodbye
Was the lies of the one who mourned the beholder of the knife

Once he was scorned
The loved ones death was always mourned
He who was hung
Was passed by crowds of tearful and bloodshot eyes
Bloodshot eyes
Tearful and bloodshot eyes...
