The Oxygen Effect

The Oxygen Effect

These lyrics are so virgin,
And I'm here on the verge of,
Blasting my whole skull, brains off,
But wait, something has happened.
Returned with such a message,
A mishap full of uncertainty.
A lyrical virgin’s virginity,
Stolen and put inside of a box,
Full of sweaters and unworn socks.
Dehydration symptoms overtaken,
By drops of nail polish remover.
Teeth that bleed redness,
Scream deafly for help.
A cool breeze invading one's warmth,
Is another man's relief.
Grammatically incorrect decisions,
With side effects far greater than you can imagine.
A loner's touch is blinding,
Filling one's eye sockets with wonder.
Dedication on his part so vaguely appreciated,
Yet admired with a pinch of shock.
Nevertheless, the oxygen effect refuels depression,
Transforming it into an obsession with expression.
