THE PERFECT WORD

Skyward street poets,

capturing words that fly,

images that sink to the bottom,

and feelings that float to the top,

of the whirlpool of whim,

expressed as the tornado,

at the center of the typhoon

and the eye of the storm at its core.

Mass created devaluation,

that resembles integrity,

systematically searching prominence,

dressed as the perfect word.
