The Prize

I've never seen those lights of Heaven
but I'm betting they're Bright. 
I've never been around the world
But I've heard it's nice. 
What causes one man's pain
Is another's Prize. 
And nothing comes for free

Abnormal obsessions for possessions

Will always bring
the biggest trend of hatred
And pointless tragedy. 
Just take a look around
Because we're fading fast. 

It's getting even harder for us to see. 

Although the streets aren't paved in gold, 

We can still make peace. 

Just because you're Life seems worn, 

That doesn't mean defeat. 

We can put it back together
After it's all torn down. 

I'd give it all a way, 

Just to take away the pain. 

The Halo round our heads 
Are rusting Through. 
We'll ask for forgiveness
And then hide inside the truth

This is just a simple question
that I'm ask you, 

Do you think that we could be.. 

So pethetic that we can't see

Our own downfalls? 
We Can't expect change without having withdrawals. 
We can look up towards the sky

Or maybe deep inside of our soul, 

Or we'll never find eternity.
