THE REAL CULPRIT
If you have experienced any of this...
You feel exhausted?
You need a nap?
You need a Tea or something soothing?
You either did a lot to make you a good tired or their talent of making people tired actually reached you...
I know many have had a check in with the Doctor...
Walked out mad because...
The Doctor couldn't find anything wrong with you?
I can still hear the repeated go home take two Aspirin...
If you're not feeling better call me in the morning...

Just noticed this write of yours,
I have had similar feelings too. You have done the right thing I'm thinking and crashed. I go to bed when I'm feeling the same, it mostly helps but be careful as to much sleep can make you worse! I tried it for 6 months once and ended up.... Worse
I fine now. I hope and after a while as you are. :)
