The road not taken - an ode

The road not taken - an ode

The road not taken
.... before the mountains subtle
 the pink sky; beneath,
I lay one day asking why
 Which road to take Lord
In these fragments life
Before thee boundless voice and shoulder
I stood;  on these tears, waves
Asking for the road less and
No more taken,
In this spirit - upon these plains
This fork - this form - once, twice
This will be upon
On and between a place
They call acceptance
 A road less taken
Lord - a beautifully spoken pathway
   To heavens gate.
The road not taken
 Not before the mountains subtle
Before the pink sky; beneath the sky
I lay one day asking why
  A fitting life
    As poetry to the sky
I,  upon a road less taken
* with thanks to inspiration
      Robert Frost
The road not taken
            An ode
