THE SCARS OF LIFE

The scars of life is an expression I've just read
If only people knew what is happening in my head 
Decisions to make almost everyday 
Life is hard for me I must say 

On the surface and outside all is fine 
But in reality there is a mountain I must climb 
I will keep my hospital appointment tomorrow 
To see if it's cancer please don't offer your sorrow 

All these things going on and many more 
Life's rich pattern is happening that is for sure
