The Sigh

... and other futile oscillations

i am no thing

the sum of one

a moment of unrealisation

was i all of this dancing

with a wardrobe of topeng

alas, only a fading memory

my gypsie caravan shattered long ago

since never have i moved house ad infinitum

i have lost our parents

they could be dead

we constitute a lonely expiration

searching for the end of my breath

a dying star no longer recollecting

how to inhale

a blind observer ceasing

to scan for the light

i cry for a drop of water

to dissolve my footprint

to erase every trace of was

to restore peace to the void

do not disturb
