The such-ness of I & I

The such-ness of I & I

I am out before dawn, the silence, the stillness

Birds awaking, the breeze gently caressing trees

Resonates in the space within

It is I, at one with the being of all

When I find I, I try to hold onto I

If I lose I, I don't seek I as I didn't before

I will come again

I was there before I began

I have been with I always

I will be there after

I is forever
