The Unseen King

The Unseen King

They say beauty is in the eyes of the beholder,
Yet those who behold her have lost their light
Only seeing what’s in sight.

That which is seen will soon be destroyed,
Taking her children with her.
Those doomed to demise cry out, searching for a Saviour.

The prayer has been answered,
The hope amidst the strife,
He is the way, the truth, and the life.

The unseen King has come.
Rejoice, He is our tether,
To a promised kingdom, an eternal forever.
