Poem -

The way they sing.

Oh' how plain this world would be, without the tune of little birds

The way they sing, and touch my heart

Like music, without
the words.

"Magic in the treetops,
A whisper beneath the sun, a bird must war with silence, triumphant
Woe begun', each pretty song a memory, a memory known to me
as I sit and watch them gather by ,within my friendly tree".
