THE YEAR 2020

The year 2020 is nearly over and done 
Count on one hand the amount of fun
Never had worn a mask before this year
Walking two metres apart so don't get near

First I was in tier two now I'm in tier four
Non essential shops are open no more 
So many rules and regulations to obey 
Been an eventful year I have to say 

I wonder what 2021 has in store for you and me
My answer to that would be let's wait and see
Vaccines have been found which is great news
Who gets it first though I wouldn't like to choose
