Poem -

them old cats....

Well now,
This room and me
On a journey it seems
With only them old cats for the
company to see
And at times a small mouse
uninvited or worse
Might pass through them doors
Jeez, them cats is a curse

But mostly though... just us,
Just chilling and waiting
Ignoring yet scoring old time on
them clocks
Them walls and us staring
All half dead or worse
And not oneĀ of us caring
Jeez, this journey's a curse
