There's a conspiracy
Somewhere inside of me
There's something trying to tell me
Not to be myself...
There's a conspiracy
Eating away at me
Celebrity
I guess I'm just trying
To convince myself
That reality's necessity
Is as it should be
The offer is for free
Swallow this death because it's haunting
There's been an epiphany
From the underside of me
Like a lonely nude on the beach
I know the answer's inside of me
There's a conspiracy
This damnable misery
Has finally helped me see
That in all honesty
I hate myself.......

Intense introspection indeed !
Well written piece that raises questions of how we all see ourselves ! I just try to make the most of life and help others where and when I can and they can make their judgements on my character.
We all have some turmoil inside of us at times and how we deal with that is a test of ones spirit and inner strength.
