This dam Coronavirus

This dam Coronavirus

This dam Coronavirus

If we book to go abroad for our summer holiday
I wonder will the planes be flying ?
Will we get away ?
This dam Coronavirus is forever on the television
urging us to wash our hands to try and stop widespread transmission
But noone really knows how bad it will get
It could get much worse before it’s get’s better but how bad is anybodies bet

So in the meantime we are told to carry on with our lives
and yes we know that people have had Coronavirus and the most of them survives
Yet one in six of us die from this infection
If only scientists could speed up a vaccine injection
It seems to be spreading, stretching far and wide whilst everybody is vulnerable with nowhere to hide

In reality there is not much else one can do
but hope and pray that Coronavirus doesn’t infect you
Stay away from crowds if one has any commonsense
the risk of catching it will be greater and possibly immense
But it’s no use worrying coz what will be will be
one simply has to get on with everyday normality
In this life of uncertainty there will always be
something cropping up to threaten mortality
