THIS IS MY COUNTRY

This is my country of birth it's where I belong
Sure it's been hard but that just makes me strong
All of my fellow citizens we just get along
Leave my country alone you're doing wrong

I grew up in this country and won't ever leave
So many great things I want to enjoy and achieve
Wearing my blue and yellow on chest and sleeve
Invaded by Russians so very difficult to believe

Innocent lives lost all around me for this I know
All the world have said this shouldn't be so
Bloodshed abound as the tension starts to grow
This war will I'm sure cause a devastating blow
