Those Marks on Our Ceiling

There are times, when I am forced
                                                                              to remind myself
                                                                those seemingly innocuous stains
on my dining room ceiling ..
Were once, nothing more, than some
                                                                          intriguing red mark on
                                                            my neighbour upstairs, bedroom floor
Jeez, how I hope it was wine ..

Being Me

Do you see your neighbour out and about during daylight hours? If not, it might not be wine. Just saying!  But, then, if he is seen in the daylight wearing dark glasses, we'll...  it's probably just a hangover. All good.  Fingers crossed🤞

If that ceiling could talk then you can sleep assured in truly knowing Nev.
