Poem -

Those three words

I skip a beat when I see you,
I can't deny I like the view.
A fireworks display of love,
Hold me close and raise me up.
Raise me to the stars,
Hold on tight to the handlebar.
A roller coaster of emotion,
Sends us whirling into devotion.
Butterflies emerge when you look at me,
We stand strong like the willow tree.
We stand together against all odds,
Forgetting the facades.
Three words come to mind,
As our hands intertwine.
Those three words change me,
Change my life completely.
There's only one thing left to say,
I cherish you each and everyday.
You're my life and my world,
Believe me when I say I love you.
