Thoughts

Thoughts

Imprisoned in my mind stands a silhouette of pain, bereaved by every painful act, lonely and afraid. Shrouded by the mist, engulfed by hurtful thought, withered with anguish from the ones we lost thought after thought. Roots stretching with a retched grip with talons buried deep, absorbing emotions from a cauldron that remains locked inside its keep. Thoughts of hope fade away.Thoughts of fear remain. Deep inside this unconscious mind conscious is untamed. Shaping with every heartfelt beat, twisting with each gain. Moulding, moulding, forming strong trapped in a mercy so vain.
