THROUGH THE EYES OF A TRAMP

I saw London today through the eyes of a tramp
His shoes had holes and his clothes were damp
He watched people go about their every day
They didn't notice him and looked the other way

This tramp didn't see me for I was well hidden
To pry on someone's misfortune is forbidden
I just wanted to see how he motivates himself
For he coughs so badly and not in good health

Seeing this tramp I then took a look at myself
Smart clothes on my back and reasonable wealth
How fortunate am I and should never complain
Have a house for shelter when it comes onto rain
