Finding Trust
Stealing warm glance then far more besides,
Ways of lovers creating what forever resides,
In hearts intent on losing control at any time.
Passion inflamed by a desire to cross a line.
Flesh sensitized by action driving out the lie.
Regrets dispelled for an acceptance of sigh.
Dark a friend, to hide thoughts of dirty deed.
Horizons forsaken to raise promise of need.
Far more considered than ever was before.
Trust in another promoting belief in the raw.
Combinations of bonds given to any reality.
Loyal to a cause which transcends a liberty.
Great fantasy escape is preserved as gold.
In powered force there lingers special hold.
Ties replace all wanderings lost and alone.
Found is worth in sacred comfort of home.

Hi Richard... Wow this is a write that sooo deserves a comment. That first stanza really drew me in. That moment when anĀ infidelity occurs. That one lustful moment that ends up a (or can end up) an utter nightmare. I like the fact that the last stanza speaks of the "sacred comfort of home" because thatĀ is so very sacred. An excellent poem speaking of the betrayal that will break any bonds of trust x
TRUST and LOYALTY matters, within OBLIGATION. To, a cause or to cause positive benefits. For, those under your " DUTY OF CARE " placed under the responsibilities, of your " TRADE " !!Ā :) :)Ā X
