Time

I tried to figure out time,
So I started reading watches in the mirror, reflecting on time,
Always carried a watch,thinking I'd be in time, travelling, then realizing I was just taking my time,

At nights I would Play with watches trying to have a fun time,

Got a grandfather clock for when I wanted to have a grand time, climbed it when I wanted to be on top of time.

Throwing watches in the garbage, just to see time wasted then wasting time
Trying to find a watch to tell the right time,
I've lost so much time searching trying to find the right time,

I had a slow watch so I was always behind time,
the minutes of my days were lived as a pastime,
so I set my watch 10 mins fast hoping to get ahead of time but still couldn't pass time,
trying to beat time, But came in second, couldn't cheat, so I Destroyed my watches hoping I could  kill time.
Then I bought more watches, believing I could buy time
But still didn't have enough time

I'd wear two watches,when I wanted to have twice as much time
While Standing over the clock doing overtime,
I tried supervising hoping I could manage time
So I collected watches became a time keeper, but still couldn't control time,
Got a fly-swatter in case time flies,knowing I should use my time wise,
then realized
I never had time,yet I was spending time
Trying to make time, but could never figure out time,
Any time I wanted more time I wouldn't have any time
like a fairy tale, life happens
