Time constraints

Do they hold people back, or propel  them forward,time constraints 
sometimes they can be a burden ,somtimes just the opposite ,
time has a mind all its own,  time to rise and shine ,time to eat ,time to 
shower and dress, time to work, time for play ,the clock is ticking
everyday time constraints.
