Time to Reflect

Yet it still feels like yesterday, that you have just passed.
If I had my way, and was given a choice,
I would choose even five minutes, to just hear your voice.
With your guidance, your love, and lessons we learned,
Your walk through that light was truly well-earned.
Not time, not distance, not worlds apart,
Will break my love for you, deep in my heart."
