Time Tyrants

To increase team productivity
our cloud dwelling overseers
brought in a renowned authority
on time management efficiency..  

Thus commenced
the daily flogging sessions
to teach us slackers the lesson
that their sacred processes
had to be duly worshipped
at the expense of common sense..

Those thought sinners who strayed
outside the rigid boundaries laid
would be cast out
of bureaucracy Eden
and forced to wander
the unregulated wilderness
where all innovation resides
