The one with the beautiful hair
And skin, creamy and fair
Her frown covers her face
Because for peoples thoughts, she care

The mirror determines her thoughts
She sucks in her stomach, as taught
Because negative opinions impact
And positive ones always lack

She dreams for a man's attention
And without it, she feels like she is none
And even though she doubts it will happen, 
Her heart's still longing for someone

Her mother and father will fight
For what seems like all day and all night
And although in her mind she's screaming,
She'll act like everything's alright

One day she'll have enough
Because no longer can she be tough
And out, her element will shine, 
Like a diamond in the rough.
