Tired

Right now I feel so tired
Perhaps because I know
It is a long time coming
Before I am at home
If that is where my heart is
And I am still alone
Then maybe soon I’ll see you
And I’ll begin to grow
Flourish in my wisdom
My heart and mind as well
Grow within my knowledge
And cast away a spell
To end the curiosity
Of what I have not lived
Then hold within my heart
All I have to give
My eyes will search for brightness
Like the stars Ive wished upon
Once in my life
I’ll know it’s right
And my tired will be gone
