Poem -
to you
tell me you love me
as you come close
for dinner will do
with lights that i can see
your eyes
and lipstick
for coloured cheeks
i must talk about you and only you
for there must be only you to see
knowing i may never let you leave
without your heart or mine remains
with love
for tomorrow as we begin
a journey of excitement
without any stopping or end of this
as we begin to love each other
to the thought of us
