for I feel no pain
in my head or my shell
the sun is shining bright and clear

our children are happy 
I can hear it in their play
and my love she glows
as we walk and talk in the wilds
today is a good day

the birds are singing
the bees are buzzing in the air
everything is springing into life
and I with nature to feel really a live
