TODAY'S TECHNOLOGY

This girl is a teenage tech savvy queen 
Can do anything on her computer screen  
She can listen to music and the latest video 
Don't disturb her though by saying hello 

This girl has Facebook, Twitter and the like 
In my day I got my enjoyment riding a bike 
She scours the internet for all the latest news 
Sets her phone alarm when she has a snooze  

I wonder if this young lady can start a chat  
Or do simple things like feeding a cat 
While I too enjoy living the modern way 
I just fear that technology will overtake the world someday
