TONI AND HIS ICE CREAM VAN

 
Ding Dong Ding Dong the pleasing sound 
A ice cream van doing his round 
Choc Ices, Lollies or a 99p flake 
A hard decision for any kid and me to make 
 
Toni was the name of this ice cream seller 
With his distinguished white uniform he was a wonderful fella
The kids and I loved Toni at the end of each day 
At 5.00 he would appear on our estate come what may 
 
However as I got older and think of my past 
The ice cream of Toni would sadly not go on and last 
All I can do now is dream and dream
Of Toni, my childhood and delicious ice cream
