TOO BUSY FOR THE LIKES OF YOU
I cried when I saw you standing there
The freezing cold and nobody did care
They were too busy for the likes of you
Going about their business as people do
I cried when I saw no shoes on your feet
People saw you soon beat a hasty retreat
They were too busy for the likes of you
Not realising I'm sure what you go through
I cried when you asked me for some cash
People soon gone in an instant flash
They were too busy for the likes of you
Being homeless should not be a taboo
