" THE TREATMENT OF GAY PEOPLE " (For Harvey Milk)

This is a very controversial topic to some but to me I must agree. I never understood the reason why people judge others when they are not living that person's life. If only people could trade places with one another to fully understand and grasp what goes on...then maybe there would be more acceptance in this world. Very thought provoking poem T. Love these lines:

~~Such are the ways, in the treatment of Gay's
 And I for one, shall have none
 For I do not believe, Christ would deceive
 Or have a man ask, "Shall I hide who I am?"

How some perceive various sections of the community or how they treat those groups says a lot about them, where they are coming from and where they want to lead us ! Tolerance of differing lifestyles, opinions and belief shows you are on a path of goodness and not susceptible to fall into the clutches of evil and do its work ! Freedoms are to be valued and protected and those wishing to limit freedom of expression or freedom to live as you choose,( as long as you do not hurt others ) are only liable to fall into the trap of trying to impose restrictions on the community. This is the division evil craves setting one against another.

Let tolerance reign and unity prevail and may evil souls not be allowed to impose tyranny and prejudice.
