TREES

Out of small acorns oak trees grow
How they get so tall I would like to know
Other trees are there for company I guess
A thing of beauty I have to confess

Trees are there for me all year round
Standing so proud above the ground
The colours are amazing as the seasons change
Been called a tree hugger and people call me strange

We take for granted the trees that we see
Leave them alone forever and let them be
