Many reasons to draw close to me 
A friend or an enemy 
What shall it be ? 

You thought I was great 
I thought you great too 
Why so insecure ? 
What on earth did I do ? 

Your perception of me was non of my business 
Your perceptions of you was just your wish list 

Playing the chorus of inadequacy 
Trying to blame me madly 
You’ll realise I don’t suffer fools gladly 

Now here you are attempting to give me lesson 
You’ll only work out it’s all self rejection 
Try me you’ll just get a reflection 

One you don’t like but it’s all on you 
The things you hate in me are the ways you hate yourself 

I’m not responsible for your hateful reaction 
You’re not putting me in a state of retraction 
I’m doing me more with an added sense of passion 

The jealously is evident in your underhanded action
You’re leaving me so my self mastery becomes mastered .
